All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability discovered after an order is placed. Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the total order amount.
We currently ship within Australia. Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund while still in "Paid" status (before shipment) via your account dashboard. Once an order has shipped, please refer to our Returns & Refunds page for further options. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear.
Product descriptions are provided for informational purposes only and are not medical advice. Patch test new products before full use. Discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional if irritation occurs. We are not liable for allergic reactions or misuse of products.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SEVONX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased through it.
